I see an "A" and a "2" on the operator.

Thanks for reaching out! Your operator is an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO Casement Operators. I'm confident these are what you need for the repair but be sure to double check the dimensions.

We do not sell the link arm needed to connect the operators to the window sash, so you'll need to reuse the existing ones. The other compatible hardware and accessories can be found tagged below.
