Need replacement casement window lock

Hello,
I am looking for a replacement lock for a casement window. The lock has a part number of 40226. The interior frame of the double glazed pane says Crestopane, with numbers 78 and 88 stamped. Thanks for any information. -Pete

Hello there. Please take a look at both our 38-097 and 38-098 sash locks to see if these can be used for your current locks. If these are in fact what you are looking for, you will also need our 38-079 keeper because these locks will not work in your old keeper.
