Please help me determine what replacement part to get. Do you need a picture with the window open?

Hey Cindy, thanks for writing in. Yes, a picture of the entire mechanism, including it arms, would be best. A bird's eye view with the window open should suffice. We'll do our best to assist you from there. Many thanks.

That's perfect, thanks. This looks like our 39-031 (for reference, the opposite-handed version is the 39-032). Just make sure the dimensions of the arms listed below matches what you have. Let me know if anything differs. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately. Let me know if you have further questions.
