Need replacement channel balance for 2740RF

Need replacement channel balances for tall sliding window. Removed one of the channel balances and it is marked with part number 2740 RF.

Welcome! That code actually doesn't identify your balance. Can you take the balance you removed from the window, photograph it, and send us photos of both ends of the balance?
