Need replacement channel balancers for single-hung vinyl Pella window

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 29-5/8" which is what makes it custom. We recommend you confirm as custom orders are nonrefundable. 

Can you show me a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? It looks like yours has snapped off so you'll have to get an undamaged version as a reference.
