Need replacement channel balances
Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
We also offer a smaller fitting that measures 7/8" deep. If that is what you have, we can still supply your balances but it will need to be a custom order.
It looks like your balance stamp may say 2810, which corresponds to the strength option needed for your replacements. If so, that also indicates that you have a 29" long metal channel, not including the end fittings. Make sure to check your length to confirm. Since the units are okay except for the springs, can we send the units to you and have you replace the springs. It would be a shame to trash a non functioning item just because one of its parts is broken.
The metal length is 30 inches.
Currently we may need two replacements for 13 windows
The 15-029 bottom fitting is available separately but your photos show that the pulley system is also broken, which would require replacing the balances on both sides. You could purchase the shoes if some of your balances only need that part replaced but if the shoes are breaking, the rest of the assembly may likely need to be replaced soon.
Also, please confirm if your balances are stamped with 2910, which would correspond with your 30" long metal channel. Once we determine the correct specifications, we'll be happy to send over an order link and price quote for 26 replacement balances with the 19-005 top and 15-029 shoe attached.
