Need replacement coil balances

Greetings!

I'm down to my last balance. Can't remember what brand windows, no markings at all on windows other than "Crystal" on the latches.

Balance spring is marked 10 CM. Top plastic part is stamped 10 R in blue ink and embossed with Patent #6,378,169.

I wish to order six of these.
