The block is 21/32 sq x 3/8"
the legs are 1 1/2"long x 5/16" thick with face profile that is turned compared to most corners but that face is 3/8" wide with a 1/2" wide flare at the bottom

Take a look at the 95-266, which installs in a 3/8" thick screen frame opening. Review the specifications to determine if this could work for your application. Thanks for posting!
