Need replacement crank .

Hello, Can you suggest a replacement part for this crank.

The worm gear wants to back out when trying to close the window

and the cog looks stripped.

The swing arm is approximately 9 1/2 inches long.

Hey Stan. If the arm is 9-3/8" long and straight, see if our 39-094 or 39-095 match what you need. Let me know what you think.

part I needed and now I can order with confidence .

Hi Bob. Here is another window that I could use you help with.

I'd like to replace crank and the hinge set , bottom and top. The straight arm measures 9 3/8"
Your Straight Arm Operator 39-094 looks like it would fit.

I'm not sure about the hinge set. The plate mounted to the bottom window frame measures
approximately 7 7/8".

Please let me know if you need additional picture.

Hi again Stan. I agree, if the dimensions match then the 39-094 looks right. The appendage at the end of the link arm is the other big tell. As far as the casement hinge, I think you'd be okay using our 36-004-10 10" Hinge, so long as you replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
