My window has the below makings on the label. I have found on your website Sash Dyad Crank 39-187 and 39-188
Can you tell me if these are the correct replacements?

I do believe the 39-187 and 39-188 operators with the Zig Zag gear arm are the operators you are looking for. As long as the dimensions match up, these should be a good fit for your window. Take a look at the operators along with the related parts and videos on the website.
