Need replacement crank/casement

Question

Hi, I have two adjacent windows that are in need of some parts.  They both have the mechanism built in, but one of the casement/cranks is missing the proper screws (shown in pictures) and was just sitting on the sill.  The other is missing the casement/crank altogether.  We just moved in, so I do not know for sure if these are in working condition.  The back of the casement says "7191-33".

Hey there. This looks like Andersen hardware. The cover is the 39-154. The handle is the 39-286. However, if any operator is missing the spline the handle is suppose to attach to (like the one in your photo), it means the operator itself has broken down. Please open the window a give us a bird's eye view of the operator, as well as the arm(s) that move the window. That will let us identify all else you need.
