I recommend you have a look at the 39-187 and 39-188 operators. Carefully review the dimensions and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Yes, we've received your new photos! We've never heard of this issue before. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? I'm afraid a photo of a tape measure won't suffice as we need a precise, written dimension.

You were right i measured and both measurements were 5 inches.
