Need replacement door catch/lock

Hello, my condo was build around 1968 and these are original. I have the catch/lock for three doors but not the fourth door. I just need the piece with two screws that attaches to the door frame (see photo Lock3.jpg). Any help would be appreciated.

Sure thing, Chuck. Check out SWISCO part 89-003, Sliding Patio Glass Door Keeper. Compare the measurements and let us know if they differ in any way.
