Door is 3100 patio door pl# 356-001.

I am afraid we don't carry a handle set with hole spacing this large. May we see a photo of your door's internal mortise lock? That would clue us in as to any possible solutions we might have. Thanks.

I have that door, and I am looking for the handle, too. Attached are some pictures.

Actually, I'm looking to be able to lock and unlock it from the outside. The key seems to have been lost through the years of the property being a rental before I bought it.

Any suggestions for me as far as rekeying or some other way to consistently unlock from outside?

The hardware with hooks is about 46" long.
