I need a replacement for this mechanism. There is a marking "cw35,4,5,6,slot" on the arm.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Our 39-146 and 39-147 Andersen operators come to mind. Have a look and see if the specifications align with your old assembly. If you also need a new handle, see the 39-286, which is sold separately.
