Home Owner from Bridgeport, PA
only marking is on Tilt Latch: Poly-Tex, Pittsburgh, Penn.
tilt Latch is 3 1/16" x 1 5/16" Two screw holes of different sizes and offset.
Photograph shows top and underside.

Pivot bar is 3" x 1/4" and has two slots for attachment screws.

I appreciate your help in identifying and acquiring these parts for me.

Your top tilt latch looks like our 26-120 and 26-121, but made with custom screw holes. You might be able to use ours and drill out that extra hole. What do you think?

As for the tilt bar, look at our 26-068 and please compare.

Paul,
Thanks for your prompt reply and suggestions. I will order the RH tilt latch and pivot bar you suggested. The bar might work as is, however I am concerned about the latch as it is an inch shorter than the original. Do you think the outside hole is aligned with that of the original?

Our 26-120 and 26-121 actually seem to be 1/16" longer than yours. Yours is 3-1/16" long while ours is 3-1/8" long. Are you looking at the hole spacing by mistake? Like Paul said, you will need to redrill your back hole to get it to fit, since ours doesn't have that strange offset back hole. Just make sure the front hole has the same distance from the edge of the housing. For our 26-120 and 26-121, that distance is 3/4".
