Good evening. Need to get replacement balancers for this 28D. Not sure which model it is equivalent to though.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance reminds me of either the S351-29 or the S390-29. To determine the correct series for your repairs, you'll need to confirm the depth of the balance shoe.

You'll most likely need the 2840 stamp, as you've mentioned, but be sure to double check that the sash weight falls between 23 to 28lbs.

Its inbetween 1 inch and 1 1/8. Additionally, I weighed the window and its 13 lbs. Which model do you suggest?

If the measurement is between 1" and 1-1/8", it is likely to be worn down. The S390-29 should be the replacement you need.

You'll need the 2820 stamp option, which will support a sash weighing between 12 to 16lbs.
