Need replacement for Unique 26 C 30

I needed a replacement for Unique 26 C 30 balancer. The string broke on the one in the pictures. Please let me know if you have a compatible part. The window pivots to come out.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for writing in! The manufacturer of your Unique balance has been out of business for quite some time now. While this particular balance is no longer available, we do have a similar balance system we are confident should work to complete your repairs.

You balance can be replaced with the S795-26 Channel Balance with a 26C Stamp option. This can support a sash weighing 22 to 26lbs.

This balance comes assembled with the 15-195 closed cam t-lock shoe, which should fit just fine in your window channel but you'll need to be sure to confirm that it has a 1-1/4" width.
