Need replacement for broken sliding door Handle with locking mechanism

Looking for information on how to order a replacement for this door handle that would not require modifications for the current door.

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock looks like our 82-227. This works with handle sets with 3-15/16" center-to-center. Are the thumb lever and key lock offset toward the bottom screw hole, rather than perfectly centered? If so, the 82-086 or 82-030B could work as substitutes. If it is centered, see the 82-030A.
