Need replacement for patio sliding door handle set

A handy person from Simsbury, CT says:

The house was built in 1976 and the sliding door is original equipment. The door is 1" thick and the opening for the handle set is 7-3/16" x 13/16" (+-1/32).The existing set says "Woodbine Ind Ltd Japan" and the installation hole centers measure 6-5/8". It looks a lot like your 82-002 or 82-002K.

If that's your recommendation, I have two questions:

1. What's the difference between 82-002 and 82-002K?

2. Do 82-002 and 82-002K allow me to latch/unlatch the door from the inside when the key on the outside is unlocked?

If you have a set that you think is a better fit than 82-002 or 82-002K, please let me know.

Thanks for your help!

Lou

P.S. I purchased your roller set 81-005 for my other identical door last month. It's a perfect fit and the door slides more easily than it has in 25 years.

Greetings, Lou. You are correct in going with the 82-002 sliding door handle set. But, I see that your lock has a tumbler. That said, you may want to see if our 82-002K would make the better match. This one offer the keyed lock.
