Need replacement for single hung non-tilting vinyl window

Question

Hi, I need to replace 2 channel balances for a single hung non-tilting vinyl window.
The marking on the current balance is "26 4 LS CALDWELL" the window sash weighs 15.2 lbs.
The width is 9/16 or 1/2 inch.
Each end piece has 2 tabs, one on each side of the plastic tab.
The length is 27 inches.
Can you please tell me which product to order to replace?

Please see our S385-27 channel balance. This looks like it'd be a good match. I'd also recommend the 2640 option.
