Need replacement for these balances

The spiral balance of my window is broken and needs to be replaced. The spiral balance is 29 inches long and 3/8 inches in diameter. The color of the needle tip is not clear. The window size is 30 inches wide and 46 inches wide (the weight of the window is not known). Now send the photo of the window and the old spiral balance, please help me choose a new spiral balance and all the accessories, as well as the tools needed. Are the spiral balances and accessories assembled at the factory or assembled by myself? The spiral balance of the window is only damaged one, the other is good and several balances need to be replaced? Thank you!

We can definitely replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order. We assemble these balances at our shop, so before we begin we just need a bit more information. First, can you tell me the exact weight of the sash that these balances support? You can use any common bathroom scale to determine this.
I will also need to know how many you need.
