Hello,

I'm afraid we've never been able to find anything with this link arm size as your operator, but we do have a possible workaround. When faced with a similar issue, we usually swap out the link arms on the old and new operators. To do this, you would need to drill out both link arms, then install the old arm on the new operator using a 62-014 rivet.

Also, I would recommend confirming that the base arm has the same z-shape as the image below. I like to point this out to all customers with this type of operator since we also offer the 39-188, which has an additional offset in the base arm that is obscured by your tape measure. Take a look and thanks for posting.

You would drill out the rivet connecting the gear arm to the link arm. You could use a good, sharp 3/16" drill bit. We normally grind off the rivet with a bench grinder. Take note to mark which way the arms relate to each other. Then, lay the arms with the rivet on top of a flat piece of steel and use a hammer to pin the new 62-014 rivet in place.

Also, take a look at the 39-114L handle used with the 39-090 operator.
