Need replacement handle

Good afternoon.

I have multiple sliders with number ALI ADW-8 ASTM 2190 ARG and am in need of a replacement handle for one of them. Without searching through the entire catalog of handles, I am hoping you can identify the correct one based on the pictures

Please start by reviewing the 82-086 handle set that has 3-15/16" installation holes from center to center. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
