Need replacement handle

It says SASH CONTROLS FERNDALE MI on the backside of the handle. It also says 2265 Taiwan US patent 5125709 DS40,398

I need a a full replacement with latch.

Hello! Please see our 82-086 handle set and 82-226 mortise lock. I believe these parts will work well for you.

Have you seen the 82-086 recommended above? That looks to be our best option. If you haven't reviewed the information on its store page yet, I highly recommend that you do.
