Need replacement handle base

Question

These handles came on a Magic Windows sliding glass door.  It is a kind of a rubbed bronze color.  In the picture you can see the broken screw hole.  It appears to be 4 15/16 spacing.  These handles are approx 20 years old.

Looks like you might have older versions of the 82-080 or keyed 82-081 Handle Sets. Do compare!
