Need replacement handle for a Metro Style hardware for pre 2007 Andersen casement window

My casement window handle that you wind the case ment window in and out with. The metal which attached the handle to the round device just broke off. My son took the handle to find a new one so I could not photograph it. I submitted 4 pictures. 1 is the hardware with the handle which broke removed. 2. is a picture of the device totally closed, 3 with it open so you can see the mechanism that lets you turn and lower the handle to be out of the way, and 4 is with it in the lowered position.
I really just need the handle connected to the round part which screws into the cover and the part attached to the window. but if necessary I would buy the whole thing.

I believe it would fit. but I only need the handle and not the cover. Is that possible
