Need replacement handle/lock

Hello!  I need to replace this handle and get a new lock with key.  Not sure what exactly I need.  Thank you.

I'd say your hardware is a match for our 82-086 handle set and 82-226 mortise lock. Review the specifications for these items and see if you agree.
