Need replacement handles and clips

Windows were installed when home was built in 2010. Almost all of the handles have broken during use. Also, I'm missing some of the clips that hold the window arm to the crank assembly. Per A.I.: "The SWISCO 39-232 Roto folding handle is now the leading candidate. It fits an 11/32? diameter splined shaft. Before ordering, measure across the ridged portion of the shaft--ideally with calipers. 11/32? is approximately 8.7 mm. If you can't measure accurately, submit this new photo along with the original two to SWISCO's Part Identifier for confirmation."

Hello there. Yes, based on the photos the 39-232 Folding Handle would be my guess. Just review the specs to confirm. I am not sure what you mean by the clip--but if you mean what connects the operator arm to the window, see the 39-553 or 39-554 Sash brackets.

Thanks for getting back to me. Here's a picture of the crank/arm with the missing "clip" indicated by the red arrow. Also attaching a picture of the crank/arm of the neighboring window, with the "clip" in place. Does that make it clearer? -D

Hi again. Yes, that certainly looks like the 39-553 and 39-554 Roto Sash Brackets. See if these match what you need.
