Thanks for posting. We don't have this exact handle set, but see if you could use our 40-058 or 40-152 as a substitute. Look them over and let me know what you think.

Hi there. Maybe I can add to what Bob already mentioned. Two more ideas would be to use the 40-131 since it looks like your handle does not have a key and might be easier to install. These handle sets all have the 1-3/4" mounting hole centers. And lastly you could keep your existing handle set and just replace the inside lever with the 40-150. Review both of these options as well and let us know your thoughts.
