Need replacement hardware

Question

I really need the thin metal pieces that go inside of the pivot boot shoe. Motley of them broke in the house. If I cannot get the metal pieces I need to replace the whole unit.

I'm afraid we don't sell the metal piece individually, so you'll need a new pivot shoe. Unfortunately, it's just very difficult for us to get measurements from pictures of a ruler. We'd be happy to help, but we'll need you to write out the exact thickness and width of your pivot shoe.
