Need replacement hinge

European hidden cabinet hinge. Stamped on the backside of the recessed portion Made in West Germany.
Stamped on the plate that mounts on the cabinet door 652.300.55.00 Part # 503.200.80.00 Stamped on the arm of the hinge. This is a 90 degreee swing hinge on a corner cabinet.
