Need replacement hinge for Vetter window - home built in 2002

I need replacement hinge for Vetter window - home built in 2002.  Window cranks out from left to right with full extended window on the right side.
Metal piece on the bottom of the window that attaches to the hinge mechanism rusted off (home is on salt water) so I need to replace the whole hinge mechanism.  I think the stamp on the one arm reads 14D102
