Need replacement hinges

Many of thes hinges failed.

A plastic piece shoots out of the hinge when they break.

They have been installed for 6-7 years.

The number stamped on the hinge is either,

U3037.67

OR

U3087.67

I 36 that need replacing.

Hey Fred. How does our 32-353 or perhaps our 32-343 match up? Look over both hinges and let me know what you think.
