Your window latches remind me of our 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. To confirm that this is the right fit for your window sash, carefully look over the dimensions below. If they are not a match, I'll need to see know your exact dimensions written out.

UPDATE: You nailed it. It was in fact 26-243 and 26-244. I just ordered the rest of the batch. I am now Swissco customer for life.
