I have tried replacing this with "reverisable" cranks to no avail. This is for a double jalousie window with the cranks in the middle. It is on the left side of the right side window and there is a crank next to it (1"apart) for the left window.

Thanks for your post! Your Jalousie window crank can be replaced with either the 39-165K or 39-346 Jalousie operator kits. To determine which of these would be the best option for your repairs, carefully look over each of their dimensions. Each of these comes with a T-shaped crank handle.
