Need replacement lock

Hi- We had our house painted and the painters lost the window keep to our old lock, so we purchased the white lock in the Pictures from you not realizing that it would not come with the keep (our mistake), so we then purchased the keep pictured. However, we can not get them to work on our window. Do we have the wrong keep?

I see that you purchased the 38-075 lock and 38-089 keeper, which are compatible. Could you elaborate on the problem that you're having when you attempt to install these parts in your window? Thank you.
