Need replacement lock

I have a 4 panel door that latches from the inside only. The inner mechanism can tun to the lock position but will not turn to the unlock position by turning the handle. But I can easily shift the locking hock up and down manually. I don't need the outer handle --just the inside mechanism looks to be replaced--item #2573558. What is the cost?
