Need replacement lock and plate for storm door

Pella storm door. Registration number for door is 010802905081365.

I believe the parts needed are these: 40?191, 40-191S . I just need verification. When had ordered parts from Pella we got Larson parts after installing nothing locked in. We assumed that they knew what was needed to fix our broken lock. Thank you. Linda 

I need a replacement. When I turn the handles, the latch will no go in enough to get past the catch. There are two sets of numbers on the mechanism:
