Hello
I am not exactly sure what the name of the part is but I did attached pictures of it. I figure its a sliding bottom window about 35 1/2 x 26 1/2.
I have Philips storm windows . My home is a PalmHarbor Double manufactured in 2000.
Need replacement lower window

If so, we'll need to see clear and up close photos of them removed from the window along with the written-out dimensions. See the related video on this page on the removal process. Keep in mind that storm window hardware such as this is a dying breed so we may not have a replacement but photos as requested above will help us confirm.

I am missing two of those lower windows. The one in the picture is from another window in the house. I am using it as an example
