Need replacement mortise lock

Question

The hook no longer fully extends into the frame catch, so that patio door cannot be fully secured. I am unable to tell what the model number of this vinyl sliding patio door is. I see "NAMI" as the possible manufacturer, but that is all I can tell from the information on the door. There are a lot of numbers, but I not know what they mean with regard to the door.

Hello & thanks for the post! Your photos were helpful enough that your door information isn't needed. I think our 82-227 mortise lock will make for a good replacement. Check it out and let us know if you agree.
