Need replacement mounting bracket and clutch assembly for chain pull window covering

I need to replace a mounting bracket and clutch assembly for a chain pull window covering. I've attached five photos to show the broken parts as well as two shots of a normally functioning shade in the same room. I would be interested in two sets of clutches and mounting brackets.
