Hello! Based on this picture, I recommend you look at our 39-032 operator, 39-107 cover, and 39-114L handle. I think this hardware is what you're looking for.

Thank you for your speedy response.

Curious though, your 39-032 shows a measurement of 10 and 3/4 inches from center of center screw hole to end of arm extending to the right, whereas mine is a full 11 inches (it doesn't appear that the " 11" " line in my picture extends all the way to the end of the arm to the right, but that's due to the angle the picture was taken from).

Will the difference in lengths not make a difference?

I don't think that 1/4" difference will seriously affect the function of the window. In the very worst case scenario, your window will open as far by the same amount.
