Need replacement operators/cranks for Anderson windows

A home owner from North Ridgeville, OH says:

We just bought this house. We were told the house was built in 2001. Something like 6 of the window cranks/operators are completely stripped. We are looking to replace the 6, or maybe all 12 of our windows' cranks/operator mechanisms. Here are the markings I see on one of the devices:

  • Anderson
  • CR CA C CW 12-16
  • CXW 12 145
  • And seemingly printed on top of the other numbers:
  • 05/22/00/2

Hoping you have the parts!

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

I'm afraid I can't quite make out your operator from this photo. I recommend that you remove your operator from the window to see if it matches up to the 39-264. If not, show me a picture of the mechanism while it's out and I will do my best to find a better replacement.
