Need replacement part

A home owner from Florida says:
The crank handle is coming completely out of the housing. The window would not close completely. I think it is an older part because or the e-clip. The bar outside of the window is rusted a bit, and the rubber seal around the window is dry rotted. Maybe it is time to replace the whole window, but I really hope not!
