Thanks for reaching out! We do not sell an exact match for the type of casement operator you are searching for but I believe our 39-172 should work fine as a replacement. The opposite side is part 39-171. 

Carefully review and compare the dimensions to your existing operator to confirm. The offset is a little more dramatic but we have been told by past customers that it attaches to the bracket well enough.
