I have uploaded the manufacturer and tag from window. I believe I need a pivot shoe and bar. However, I don't know which exact parts. Can you please help?
I have a contractor to install the parts.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is a match for the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. You'll have to measure the width of the old spring band to confirm the best match. The video below will also go over how to pick the correct coil weights.
We're happy to help with the pivot bar, but we'll need to see an undamaged part removed from the window sash.
