Need replacement part for casement window

Hi I'm looking for replacement parts for an older crank set. Have provided photos for reference. Can you please advise if you have these parts.

It looks like you need a new operator. We're happy to help but we'll need more information. Can you open the window and show us a clear photo of the arms that move the window?

Here are photos of the arm. We have several of this type of window mechanism in our house so we may want to order additional replacements.
