Need replacement part for the New Castle XT door handle

The handle seems to be jammed in place and need a replacement part and unmount and install instructions. Thanks.

Your handle set appears to match our 82-080, though I'm not sure how to replace yours. I see no screws on the sides, which is usually where they're located. Could there be screws on the other side, perhaps? I don't know how you're meant to remove this without screws. You have kind of a weird design in that sense.
