The length of the metal is 31". The stamp in the metal near the bottom is: 27 4 BSI.
There was a manufacture sticker found within the window frame, it reads: H-LC25-54x90. Series: 1000 Single Hung P.L.# 043-019. Also, can I buy it with all the hardware/guides included with the metal?

It sounds like you may be referring to a replacement channel balance. If you haven't already done so, please remove one of the parts from the window and reply back to us with some photos showing the entire part. From there, we can see what options can be made available to you. Many thanks.

Thanks for the added photos. Can you double-check the length of your balance's metal channel? Do not include the nylon attachments at either end in this measurement. It would highly unusual for a channel balance stamped '27 4' to be 31" long. Otherwise, this is either a Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. This is not the measurement you show in your photos, but rather the distance between the 'heel' and 'toe' of the shoe at its widest point, just below and perpendicular to where the metal channel ends. For the Series 380, the depth of the shoe is 1"; for the Series 385, the shoe is 1-3/32" deep. See what matches best.
Once you know what balance Series and length you need, you'll have to choose a stamp option; but let's hold off on that until we confirm the exact length of your balance's metal channel. Many thanks.
